A method designed to tap into your deep stabilising core, build mind-muscle connection, and reset your body and mind. Every move will challenge you and every breath will create space. Class has an emphasis on slow, controlled movements that build strength, length and alignment.
Strength
A full-body exercise focusing on form and precision to build strength, endurance and stability; slow and controlled movements and isometric holds that will challenge your core and coordination. A slow burn.

System Studios is located in London Fields, at 1 Westgate Street, E8 3RL.

We are through the little alleyway next to Bambi. The closest tube stations are London Fields (0.4m), Cambridge Heath (0.4m) and Bethnal Green (0.8m).

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and select a matt.

The studio has a bathroom, which you can use to change.

There is limited on-street parking around London Fields. We recommend public transport or walking where possible.

All classes are open to all levels, so beginners are always welcome. We offer variations and advancements throughout class to cater to different levels. We do recommend you inform the teacher if it is your first class so we can offer some extra guidance.
Classes will vary in style depending on who is teaching it. We encourage you to experience different classes to find a style that resonates with you most.

Most classes typically run for 50-60 minutes, however we occasionally run longer sessions. Please check the schedule for the correct time when booking a class or workshop.

Anything comfortable that allows freedom of movement. Most guests wear leggings, a fitted top, and bare feet or grip socks.

No. The studio provides all mats and props. Just bring yourself, and water.

Yes, depending on your recovery stage. Please let your instructor know before class so they can guide you safely. Always consult a healthcare professional before returning to exercise.

You can book single sessions, 5 or 10-class packages, or monthly memberships. Packages give flexibility, while memberships offer the best value if you attend regularly.
